Work in Progress : Papa Vess - a "Nouvelle Vague" fast food concept - Healty and Delicious - where poké bowl meets classic Belgian fries - and we started from scratch. A total makover after a raging fire destroyed everything. Starting in a good way : Demolishing floors and walls, new windows & doors, floors, pipes, electricity; you name it. A new French oak mezzanine makes this two leveled up restaurant a beautiful place. Raw pinetree pannelled & painted walls. Parisian metrotiles in the kitchen. Artisanal Italian terracotta tiles. Even working on menu, logo and name where also part of the project. In fact : We are building dreams!
